Blue prints for your own plasma cutter to make your rear bumper. Cut the parts out of a sheet of 3/16 and 1/4 steel. Parts come in individual DXF files ready for the plasma cutter. This rear bumper will fit 1999-2007 Sierra/Silverado 2500 and 3500s. Comes with a video on how to assemble. Files will be emailed to you following your purchase.
You will need a 4x4 sheet of 3/16 and a 2x2 sheet of 1/4 steel to cut these parts.
Below is a link to the D-Ring shackles that will fit this bumper. If you want to cut your own D-Ring they are 3 inches tall by 1 inch thick and 2.5 inches long with a 3/4 hole.
