This bumper is the second style for the superduty as seen in the picture on the white truck, but it is updated to fit the 05 style deeper grill area.

You will need about a 4x8 sheet of 3/16 steel for this bumper. You will need a 2x4 piece of 1/4 steel to cut the mounts for this bumper.
You need at least a 4x4 table to cut these. The largest piece is 43 inches long by 9 inches wide.
