Plasma cut your own front bumper for your Ram. All the parts needed to cut a front bumper for your 2nd Gen. Parts are individually labeled and saved in DXF format for plasma tables. All parts are 3/16 thick steel and individually numbered. A short video on how to assemble the bumper is included. Files will be emailed to your provided email address shortly following your order.
You will need a 4x8 sheet of 3/16 steel for this bumper.
You need at least a 4x4 table to cut these. The largest piece is 43 inches long by 9 inches wide.
Below is a link to the D-Ring shackles that will fit this bumper. If you want to cut your own D-Ring they are 3 inches tall by 1 inch thick and 2.5 inches long with a 3/4 hole.
